  • Nominate 5-10 bloggers
  • Ask them 7 questions

My Answers To The Questions Asked:

1. Do you have a writing process, and if so, what is it?

Hmmm. I’m not sure! I guess I think about the message I want to get across, and then I start writing 🙂

2. How would you best describe your thoughts and the way you process what you experience?

It’s like I’m a narrator inside my head, and my body is the main character in the story. I kind of live as if I’m a book, if that makes any sense ^ ^

3. If you were able to capture a single memory or piece of yourself in a piece of writing, so that the reader was able to relate perfectly and understand, what would you capture and what form would the writing take?

I would capture the truly good person inside me. The thoughtful part of me that I don’t think people see enough of. My writing form would most definitely be poetry.

4. How has your approach to and vision of your blog changed since you first started it?

I think I was a bit more random when I started, and I just wanted to get my thoughts out. Now I write more related stuff, and my goal is to spread awareness, on behalf of all the things that need to be seen in the world. I guess that’s my vision!

5. What do you hope to achieve through your writing?

Well, I want to make people happy, and I love it when someone comes along and relates to what I write about. Also, raising awareness like I said before ^ ^

6. What is one goal or vision that you are working towards, what is currently impeding your obtaining it, and what are you doing to overcome the impediment?

Writing a book, I should think. The only thing in the way is me.. I’m working on that, haha 😀

7. What is one of your most memorable/favorite pieces of writing and why? If possible, please provide a link!

Hmmmm. Oooh, I have to think about that one. I’m not sure if you mean by me or someone else, so I’ll put both. By me, I think this. By someone else, I think this poem.

My Nominees:

The Veiled Facet

Anxiety The Bitch

A Creative PTSD Gal

Charlie And The Cerebration Factory

My Questions:

  1. What’s your favourite colour?
  2. What is your favourite form of writing?
  3. How do you define love?
  4. What do you fear most
  5. Who is your favourite blogger?
  6. What is your life philosophy?
  7. Do you prefer writing on paper or on a screen?

And that wraps it up for the Real Neat Blog Award!!! Thank you so much again for nominating me, Auroraboros ^ ^

  1. You are so very welcome and deserving of any recognition. Thank you for all of the warm words and for helping to provide a potential bridge to other bloggers. I so much enjoy all of these connections with writers from the community, and am always excited at the prospect of meeting new people.

As for your responses, you are a consistent person, in your words and in your thoughts. And that does not mean dull or repetitive. Consistent. You do not waver in your representation of self, a quality I have come to admire in your work.

Overall, I would just say that you are doing great work building towards your goals and vision. You have, as far as I am concerned, captured the good person that you are in your blog – it is a manifestation of the beauty that lives inside of you. You make so many people with with each post that you share, and raise awareness just the same when you share topics that you are passionate about.

I too would love to write a book. I have been asked by several people to compile a book of my writing (I have sooo much more…), and I am currently trying to get a better understanding of what that might entail.

I would love to read a book that you wrote. If you ever do so, please make sure to let us all know; I will definitely buy a copy.

I very much enjoyed both poems that you shared. Your own poem, Mirrors, was very relatable to me and rich in meaning/depth. The other, the Kraken by Alfred Lord Tennyson, was actually a bit surprising as a choice, but I guess that just means I need to work to understand you better through your writing! The piece was immediately reminiscent of Lovecraft (I know, I enjoy the work, not the man), which is particularly interesting given the fact that both wrote in relatively the same time frame.

Thank you for the wonderful response to my nomination; I look forward to many future joys in reading your posts and interacting through this written medium we both so cherish.
