Metaphors In Runic, Part VII
Well, my day is off to a good start!! Part V got lots of likes (thank you SO much!!!), and got an awesome comment from the talented Glasselia, which got me all humbled and happy 😀
And I just looked out the window to find our almond blossom flowering. I ran outside to make sure, and yes!! It’s coming!!
I love blossoms so this has definitely made my day 😀 I’ll try and get some pictures soon! ^ ^
Now for a well placed metaphor…
Spring is the nurse of the seasons. She brings life back to the dormant trees, spreads life across the earth like I would spread butter on toast.
Gleefully she works her magic, then waits patiently to dance with her love, Summer; until Autumn and Winter take over the stage.
If I had a favourite season, it would be Spring. She brings out all the beautiful flowers; the sea is just cold enough for an adrenaline rush post-swim, and the new year is unravelling like a treasure map before everyone’s eyes.
Spring: she is possibility in a world of uncertainty.
Let’s hear it for Spring!!!
Ciao!! 🙂 ❤ ^ ^
